Important Information This Week
CHROMEBOOKS WIPED FOR DEPARTING STUDENTS
Any students in grade 3-6 who are leaving the school and no longer require management under St Ita's have sent a command to be wiped automatically once connect to Wifi. Any students who have left the school and has not been wiped are asked to contact Steve Pitt at spitt@stidrouin.catholic.edu.au and send the serial number of the machine to be decommissioned. Student email addresses will be also be closed down at the end of the year so any work or emails that need to be kept should be transferred or forwarded to an personal email/gmail account.
STUDENTS TESTING - 30TH JANUARY
Parent will be asked to book their students into their 2023 class teachers testing schedule before the 30th January to complete a Maths Assessment. This data is used to correlate and confirm the level of understanding and teach students to their point of need. It is extremely important that parents and students are prompt to the booking time. Bookings will be made through PAM once the 2023 rollover has occured later in the week. This will be communicated through Class Dojo and Schoolzine once completed.

SCHOOL FEES & CONCESSIONS
A reminder to all families that all outstanding fees must be finalised by the end of Term 4. All school fees should be finalised in the year they are billed, if you are experiencing difficulty, or feel you will not be able to finalising payment please make contact with Beck at the Admin Office as soon as possible either by phone (03) 5623 7222 or via email admin@stidrouin.catholic.edu.au
If any families would like to set up a weekly, fortnightly or monthly direct debit schedules for school fees, please complete the Direct Debit Form below and return to the school office.
