GOLF

During Term 4, the Grade 5 and 6 students have had the opportunity to participate in a Golf Program. These sessions were conducted by Drouin Golf Club Professional, Anthony Bambridge. This was made possible through the Federal Government initiative, ‘Sporting Schools’. Each term, schools around Australia have the opportunity to receive funding that can be used in a variety of ways such by session delivery by an external coach, teacher resources and equipment. Students (and some teachers) developed their swing during these lessons and hopefully it will encourage a few of them to get out on a course over the summer and put their new skills into practice!
