PARENT-TEACHER INTERVIEWS

Our beginning of year Parent Teacher Interviews will be held on:

Monday 24th Feb (3:40-7 pm) in the new Grade 1-2 building

Wednesday 26th Feb (3:40-5:30 pm) in the new Grade 1-2 building

The purpose of these interviews is for your child's teacher to get to know you and for you to share information about your child. Each Interview will last for 10 minutes. All Interviews will be held in our new Grade 1/2 building, with more information coming closer to the dates.

Interviews are now available to book through your Parent Access Module (PAM).

PARENT INFORMATION PRESENTATIONS

Our teaching staff have put together information slides for each grade level to help provide families with important information about our school.  The slides include information relevant to each grade level such as specialist timetables classroom expectations, and special activities that may be happening.  We encourage families to take a look at these slides as they will assist in answering many common questions about school life at St Ita's.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION - SCHOOL PHOTO DAY

Tuesday, 11^th March, 2025

Schoolpix will be attending to capture our student’s school photos again in 2025. Photo order forms and further information will be sent home with your children soon.

All students must be dressed in full SUMMER school uniform on photo day.

All students must also be wearing black school shoes and their jumpers.

Please do not send your child to school dressed in sports uniform.

Children who usually have PE classes on a Tuesday are asked to please bring their sports shoes in their schoolbag. It is most important that all students are dressed in a presentable and uniform manner.

SCHOOL CANTEEN/LUNCH ORDERS

The first day of lunch orders 2025 will be Monday, 3rd February 2025.

Lunch orders will be available to families on Monday, Wednesday & Friday.

New families should download the Flexischools app as soon as possible to familiarise themselves with ordering and payment.

Welcome to a new school year and we look forward to continuing to supply your school lunch orders.

Please see below a few important updates regarding school lunches:

Your school’s class names have now been updated on Flexischools. You will need to update your child’s new class before ordering in 2025;

If you are new to ordering school lunches, please visit www.flexischools.com.au or download the Flexischools App, create an account, and add your child/children to their correct class. You can then see your lunch order dates & menu and you can order and pay all in one convenient place;

Please note the cut-off time for ordering recess orders and lunch orders is 8.00 am on the morning of lunch orders. Late orders for lunch can be done up until 9.00 am, however, the menu for orders placed between 8 am and 9 am is very limited;

There will be a Sweet Chilli Chicken/Salad Bowl coming to your menu and all other menu items will remain the same;

Please ensure you have ‘notifications’ turned on for your Flexischools app/account to be sure that you don’t miss any important messages/updates;

Order cancellations- should you need to cancel an order, please text your child's name, class, and school with a request to cancel to 0409 437 341 preferably before 10 am on the day of the lunch order. We can easily cancel this for you and the cost of the order will be returned to your Flexischools account.
